Virginia Art With Heart is seeking applications from 501(c) 3 nonprofit partners for upcoming events and fundraisers in 2020.  ("event" also includes online and/or physical location fundraisers)

Applications should be completed by individuals who are authorized to do so, on behalf of the board of directors or marketing departments of the potential nonprofit partner.  
 
Nonprofit Partners must serve the local community (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth and surrounding areas)

Nonprofit Partners will coordinate with Virginia Art With Heart in a positive and proactive manner regarding events for which the nonprofit partner will benefit, including, but not limited to:
Co-Planning and implementation: Volunteers, Promotion, Media appearances, etc.

Nonprofit Partners may use this event/opportunity to hold additional fundraisers, raffles, promotions, etc.  (Monies obtained separately will be collected by and solely used by the Nonprofit Partner)

Nonprofits Partners will allow use of logo and mission statement, links and statements on promotional materials for the event.  In addition,  

Virginia Art with Heart will seek sponsors to cover the costs of the event and will distribute any excess funds to the Nonprofit Partner, less 10% for administrative costs.

Both the Nonprofit Partner and Virginia Art with Heart will participate in the event and nonprofit partners will actively participate until the conclusion of the event.

Virginia Art with Heart asks for permission to show support of the nonprofit partner on their website and social media (using logos, sharing events, etc).  We will not "represent" you... but we will "refer" people to you with a direct link.
