The submission deadline for applications is April 15th. You will receive notification of your acceptance by April 30th.

WHAT SUPPORT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

It truly takes a village to make this event happen and we couldn't do it without your help. The areas in which we are seeking assistance are marketing + promotions, pre-gathering set up, post-gathering break down, maintenance, decoration, kitchen crew, spa attendants and mama's village. Due to the limited amount of work trade positions available in each area, if the area that you have applied for has already been filled, we will contact you in offer of another area. Please consider selecting more than one option.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

Each area requires it's own set of skills and passion. Please read the descriptions of each area below to determine which one(s) your abilities are best suited for. It is important to us that you have a comfortable, safe and positive experience.

All work trade positions require 20 hours of your time before, during or after the gathering depending on which crew you will be a part of. There will be a mandatory orientation meeting at 12pm on July 17th so please arrive no later than 11am that day.

In exchange we offer a reduced admissions ticket to all workshops and events during the gathering with general camping included. Upon confirmation of your acceptance we require a $125 payment within one week in order to secure your work trade position and cover the cost of your two community meals a day (breakfast + dinner). **Please note: Lunch is not included.

Car camping tickets may be purchased separately through our website once participant registration has opened.

Marketing Spirit Team:
- promotions prior to gathering around the area in which you live (Bay Area, Santa Cruz, Sonoma, Southern California, Oregon, or traveling gypsies)
- all marketing materials will be provided
- some shifts during gathering may be required depending on how much promotional work you do

Pre-Gathering Set Up Crew:
- 4 days prior to gathering
- some physical labor (chopping wood, tent set ups, etc)
- registration
- parking
- no shifts during gathering

Decoration Crew:
- 2 days prior to gathering
- altar building
- general land and teaching zones beautification
-maintenance of altars during gathering

Maintenance Crew:
- 1 day prior to gathering
- parking and registration assistance
- out house tending (general cleanliness, toilet paper and hand sanitizer restock)
- communal area tidying
- general gathering assistance

Spa Attendant Crew:
- maintain cleanliness of spa + sauna area
- sauna operations (fire tending, sweeping, etc)
- launder + fold towels
- replenish spa products
- manage scheduling of healing sessions

Kitchen Crew:
- morning, lunch + dinner support for whatever kitchen requires
- potential early morning shifts (6am)
- must be comfortable working with animal products

Mama's Village Crew:
- baby-sitting + childcare (please have some experience)
- assisting mama's with keeping their kitchen area clean

Post-Gathering Break Down Crew:
- 3 days after gathering following closing ceremony
- general clean up
- structure take downs
- some physical labor

**If you are confirmed for a position and later unable to join us, we require that you please give 30 days notice of your cancellation. Notification after this time will render your $125 deposit non-refundable.
