Playroom Registration Spring/Summer 2024

This form is now open for those currently living in Harvard Housing. For new residents with future leases, the form will be available to you the Monday following your lease start date. Thank you for your understanding and patience at this time. The Fall Session will end on Sunday, January 7th. You will no longer have access to the playroom after this date.

Please fill out this Playroom Registration Interest Form which contains important steps for registering for the Spring/Summer 2024 Playroom Term (January 22nd - June 30th).  Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for CURRENT residents until membership capacities for each room have been reached.

Playroom registration is limited to the playroom located at your property of residence. The following properties have playrooms: Soldiers Field Park, One Western, Avenue, Peabody Terrace, and 10 Akron. Your resident location affiliation is verified when processing registration.

Please fill out this form whether you are a NEW or RETURNING playroom family! You will need to pay the membership fee, sign up for clean-up responsibilities, and if a new member sign up for and attend an an orientation session with a GCP Playroom Manager. All of these steps must be completed to be granted access to the playroom not just payment.


Please note that returning families will not need to attend an orientation but may be asked to attend a returner check-in.

We kindly ask you to read and understand the GCP Playroom Policies document before proceeding with this form. This document outlines the expectations for all playroom members, and failure to meet these expectations may result in the discontinuation of your membership.
If you have any questions, concerns, or encounter any difficulties while registering, please email gcp.playrooms@gmail.com with your playroom property in the subject line (SFP, OWA, PT, 10 Akron) to reach your Playroom Manager. Please expect a response within 72 hours with respect to the holiday travel season for any questions or concerns regarding your application.
