 This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this day by and between The Zone Event Center ("Venue"), located at 40 Atwater Rd, Thomaston, Georgia 30286, and the individual completing this form.

• Two tables for catering food

• 42-inch TV for memory slide show or TV viewing
• Two handicap accessible restrooms (men's and women's)
• Bluetooth speakers/Karaoke machine
• Fridge  

  • Client must adhere to all venue policies and local laws
• Decorations must be approved by Venue management
• Client is responsible for any damages caused by guests or vendors
• All personal belongings and decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period
• The Zone Event Center will notify you of any damages or missing items within 48 hours.
• Damaged items will be discarded within 10 days unless the client wishes to pick them up.
• Photos of damaged items will be provided upon request.
• The client assumes full responsibility for any items provided by The Zone Event Center for the event.
• The client agrees to pay the full replacement cost for any lost, broken, or damaged items.

  • If the balance is not paid in full by the required deadline of 48 hours PRIOR to your event, no services will be provided, and payments will not be accepted beyond this date. 
• All payments are non-refundable once the contract is signed and the event is scheduled. 
• Clients may cancel their event by providing written notice at least 14 days before the scheduled date. In this case, no additional balance will be due. 
• Clients may transfer their event to another available date, and all payments made will be applied to the new date. 
• If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, a state of emergency, illness, death, or venue closure, the event may be rescheduled within one year of the original date. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• The Venue is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property during the event. 
• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Zone Event Center from any claims arising from the event.

Alcohol Policy

• Alcoholic beverages are permitted only with proper licensing and prior approval. 
• Alcohol may be served but not sold. The Zone Event Center does not currently have a beer and wine pouring license but is in the process of obtaining one. 
• If alcohol is found to be sold at the event, the client will automatically forfeit their $100 security deposit, and law enforcement may be called. 
• A separate $100 security deposit is required for any event serving alcohol. 
• The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable food and beverage regulations. 
• Alcohol consumption must be controlled, and the client is responsible for ensuring guests drink responsibly. 
• The Zone Event Center reserves the right to terminate an event immediately if excessive alcohol consumption leads to disorderly conduct or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 
• Caterers must be pre-approved and provide proof of liability insurance. 
• The client is responsible for ensuring all food is stored and handled properly. The Zone Event Center is not liable for any foodborne illnesses or related incidents.

Teen Party Policy

• All teen parties must have at least two adult chaperones present at all times.
• Parties for guests under the age of 21 must end no later than 12:00 AM (midnight).
• Absolutely no alcohol is permitted at teen parties. If alcohol is found, the event will be terminated immediately with no refund.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that all attendees comply with this policy. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any deposits and potential legal action.

Smoking Policy:

 • Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and other substances, is strictly prohibited inside The Zone Event Center. 
• A designated smoking area is available outside the venue. 
• If smoke is observed or smelled after the event, the client will automatically forfeit their security deposit. 
• The client is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of and adhere to this policy. Violation may also result in additional cleaning fees or legal action if damages occur.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

Promotional Information

• The client authorizes The Zone Event Center to use photos, media, or footage from the event for promotional purposes, including advertising, social media, and websites. 
• The client agrees that The Zone Event Center may use these materials with or without their name for any lawful purpose.
