Alcohol Policy
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted only with proper licensing and prior approval. • Alcohol may be served but not sold. The Zone Event Center does not currently have
a beer and wine pouring license but is in the process of obtaining one.
• If alcohol is found to be sold at the event, the client will automatically forfeit their
$100 security deposit, and law enforcement may be called.
• A separate $100 security deposit is required for any event serving alcohol.
• The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable food and
beverage regulations.
• Alcohol consumption must be controlled, and the client is responsible for ensuring
guests drink responsibly.
• The Zone Event Center reserves the right to terminate an event immediately if
excessive alcohol consumption leads to disorderly conduct or safety concerns. No
refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Caterers must be pre-approved and provide proof of liability insurance.
• The client is responsible for ensuring all food is stored and handled properly. The
Zone Event Center is not liable for any foodborne illnesses or related incidents.
