Exhibition Application Form
This form is to apply to hold an Exhibition in the Gallery at Walford Mill Crafts.

IMPORTANT – this form is not a booking form, and is subject to review and approval, therefore please await confirmation before proceeding with your plans.

Our Exhibition Gallery is situated on the ground floor in the centre of the Mill.  We love to keep a varied programme throughout the year and host exhibitions featuring art and craft from local artists, makers and creative groups.  

If successful in your application you would be welcome to hold a private view and we can help with promotion on our website and social media.  We ask that you are available to steward and take payments for any work sold. 

The cost of hiring the space is Jan - Mar £170 per month, Apr - May £420 per month, Jun - Dec £630 per month and we ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit.  New exhibitions start on a Wednesday and we arrange for you to set up at a time when we are closed to the public.

I understand that if successful in my application, I will need to complete a Risk Assessment prior to setting up the event.  Failure to complete will mean that I am unable to rent the Exhibition Gallery and any deposit received will be non-refundable.  The Risk Assessment template will be sent to you in advance of the event by Walford Mill Crafts. *
I understand that in applying for the Exhibition space at Walford Mill Crafts, this does not secure my place and I will receive notification once the application has been approved.
Upon confirmation I will be asked to sign Walford Mill's Terms and Conditions of rental and I will make payment of the non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure my booking. 
Please note that you will be expected to steward your Exhibition on all the days applied for, and take all your own sales.

If you are successful in your application, please send pictures and promotional details to admin@walfordmillcrafts.co.uk prior to the event and provide approval below for Walford Mill Crafts to share these on their website and social media so that we can promote your Exhibition.   *
