The Bayelsa State Ministry of Youth Development is dedicated to fostering the holistic development of young people across Bayelsa State through creating a supportive environment where youths thrive, innovate and contribute positively to society. We believe in the power of the youth as catalysts for change and progress and we provide the resources, opportunities and guidance they need to succeed. The training program aims to equip Final-year undergraduates, master’s students, early-career researchers and academic staff interested in fellowships and scholarships with the tools, strategies, and confidence to identify, apply for, and win prestigious scholarships abroad. The training will be inclusive, practical, and tailored to students in various fields including sciences, humanities, engineering, and social sciences.
