Moon Haven is looking for a passionate Talent Manager to not only help our talents grow but to grow with our talents as a team! You will be working together with upper management and our talents to:
★ Help talents with goal setting and creation of future content,
★ Help with coordinating projects and collabs with artists and other content creators
★ Help talents stay on top of everything amidst all the chaos (believe us there will be chaos)
★ Provide honest and constructive feedback to the talents
★ Work with upper management and talents to help organize group and community/special events as needed
★ Assist and support the talents in away that may be needed.
About the Position

Requirements
★ Must be 18 years of age or older.
★ Must be able to communicate in English on a business level.
★ Have prior experience working in a team setting.
★ Knowledgeable about the Vtuber industry and the latest trends and affairs within the industry.
★ Have an open availability to work with talents, other staff members and upper management as needed.
★ Must have experience working on projects and collaborations in the Vtuber industry.
★ Must have a passion for Vtubing and talent management.
Preferred Skills & Experience
★ knowledge and proficiency with streaming tools including, but not limited to, OBS, SE, Streamlabs, and Nightbot.
★ Working knowledge of stream and video related analytical tools for both Twitch and YouTube.
★ Familiar with Google Workspace tools, Adobe tools & PM programs.
★ Good track record with working closely with more than one team member.
★ Ability to communicate professionally in Japanese is a big plus!
★ experience with social media promotion and management.
