SUNY Broome Hyflex Training Request Form
A Hyflex course is a course that allows each individual student to choose whether they attend class in the live classroom (traditional), through web-conferencing into the live classroom (remote synchronous), or fully online (asynchronous) on their own schedule. In order to be considered to develop and offer a Hyflex course, your proposed course should already exist in a fully online (asynchronous) format and be able to be offered in all modalities. Any faculty members wishing to teach a Hyflex course must complete Hyflex training and course development with an assigned instructional designer and meet all development deadlines and deliverables. Please complete this form to indicate your interest in developing a Hyflex course.
