International NGO Reporters Without Borders (also known under the French name Reporters sans frontières and RSF), an organisation defending journalism and freedom of information, is offering a free-of-charge online training programme targeted at Hong Kong based professional and citizen journalists. Students, teachers, scholars and researchers are also welcome to join.
