Team Leaders must be able to commit a minimum of 16-20 hours at the event, in a specific role, come to one or 2 meetings (May do conference call) pass out marketing material (bookmarks/flyers) and must post and share weekly on social media (Facebook). Double credit for breakdown does not count towards team lead status- we need you to be physically present (because we need you!) Team Leaders are the first to shop and earn 80% of their sales, get the earlier pre-sale pass, a JBF T-Shirt. In order to qualify to become a Team Lead you must have helped out at a prior JBF event (or Similar Consignment type event)
Please list your availability to the best of your ability- don't worry, it's not written in stone!! If you are able to work for 8 hours on Thursday for Drop off, PLEASE let us know!! This will help us organize the zone drop off and have a team lead responsible for each section. If you are accepted, we will be scheduling your times based on what you list below. We will work with you and your schedule but you will be expected to be at the sale for a minimum of 16-20 hours.
