Term of Service

Working style:

Before starting work, a deposit of 50% of the full price will always be transferred first. The queue will run according to the person who transferred first. We will not emphasize asking for it because we are quite considerate and afraid that it will be seen as impolite and annoying.

In the case of detailed work, such as novel covers, standees, or full CG work, if it is not specified as urgent work, it will take 2 weeks - 1 month, no more than this, counting from the date of starting the work. Because it is a work that takes quite a long time in each part, for example, one day may be divided into sketches - line drawings, then rest (usually rest for 1-3 days) before continuing with coloring.

• If you want frequent updates, please notify us in advance for the employer's peace of mind. Our work updates will send sketches for you to see first. If there are any corrections, we will correct them and send them to you. If the sketch is okay, we will update again when the lines are finished - the base color is finished - the shadows are finished - the lighting and scene are finished. We will update things one by one. If you are not comfortable, you can notify us to update every step for you to see by chatting.

Solving work

During the sketch period, small points can be edited for free 3 times. However, if the hairstyle or pose is changed, which is completely different from the brief, there will be an additional charge as appropriate, which will cost 100 baht or more.

• If you want to make corrections after cutting the lines, we will charge you 20 baht per point. If you want to make corrections to a large point, such as the hairstyle or the entire outfit, we will charge you a reasonable price, starting at 200 baht.

• If the color is applied, it can only be fixed in small areas and an additional fee may be charged as appropriate.

agreement

If you have already transferred money to reserve a queue, there will be no refund for cancelling the queue. If we have not started working, we will draw a picture for the deposit price instead. For example, if the full price is 1000 baht and you order a rough picture up to the shoulders with props, deposit 500 baht and you will receive a rough headshot picture for 500 baht instead. If you have not started working, you can change the character you want drawn. However, if you have started working, you cannot cancel.

A full refund will be given if the work cannot be completed by the agreed deadline. However, if the company still wants the unfinished work, there may be a reduced fee depending on the agreement.

• Commercial images are priced commercially and cannot be converted back to non-commercial.

• Commercial images for us include: novel covers, giveaways, key chains, novel illustrations, or images used to increase engagement, such as promoting novels, or images used for commercial purposes. If you are still not sure, you can ask us.

• If the picture we drew without commercial release is used for commercial purposes, there will be a penalty of twice the price of the picture originally ordered (don't do it, you'll regret it).

After the work is completed, the customer must pay the remaining amount within 7 days. If it is more than 7 days, there will be a fine of 20 baht per day (normally, the period between the first booking and the completion of the work is approximately 30 days).

• Our work is not allowed to be sold as NFT in any case.

In case of reselling, you can only sell for a lower price than you bought it from us (1 baht is no problem). And you are only allowed to resell the finished cover. We do not recommend selling the cover that was commissioned specifically for a certain amount because we have encountered many problems from online drama designs, which the artist cannot know whether the customer has used the cover before or not. If a problem occurs later, we would like you to know that such problems may be beyond our control. We ask for your kindness.
