- The Winners above face each other in the Super Bowl 

Game Timing & Clock Rules 

- 4 Quarters, 15 Minutes Each 

- 5-Minute Halftime 

- Q1-Q3: Running Clock, Stops Only for Possession Changes and penalties

- Q4: Clock Stops for Incompletions, Out of Bounds, and Scores (NFL rules)

- Overtime: NFL Format - Coin Flip, Both Teams Get Possession, Then Sudden Death 

Blitz Rules 

- 1 Blitz Per Set of Downs 

- Earn 1 Extra Blitz Per First Down 

- Blitz From Any Position 

- No 7-Second Count on Blitzes 

- Ref Counts 7 Mississippi When No Blitz is Used 

Snap & Substitution Rules 

- 20 Seconds to Snap the Ball After Each Play Ends 

- Failure = Loss of Down 

- Unlimited Substitutions, Must Notify Ref 

- Offensive Team Does not need to Wait for Defensive Substitution. (Substitutions must be quick and ref must be notified)

Rulebook Punctuality & Late Arrival Penalties 

- Games Start at 9:00 AM Sharp, No Exceptions 

- Teams Must Have 6 Players on the Field and Ready 

- Late by 1 Second = Down 2 Points, Clock Running 

- Every Additional 15 Minutes Late = Additional 2 Points 

- 9:15 = 4 Points Down

- 9:30 = 6 Points Down 

- Ref Starts Game on Time Regardless of Who is There 

Two-Hand Touch Rules 

- Legal Touch = Two Hands Simultaneously on Any Body Part 

- Includes Shirt, Sleeves, Hoodie, Hair, Cleats 

- Football Does NOT Count 

- One-Hand then Second Hand After = No Touch 

Referee Authority / Timeouts / Challenges

- Referee Makes All Final Decisions 

- Video Can Be Used, But If Unclear, Ref's Call is Final 

- Players Cannot Argue Ref's Call 

- Teams are allowed 2 challenges all game

- Failed challenge results in loss of a timeout

- No timeouts left = no challenge calls allowed

Trade Deadline & Rules 

- Trade Deadline = End of Week 3 

- No Trades Allowed After Week 3 

- Teams Must Notify League Commissioners of All Trades for Transparency 

- No Tampering or Recruiting from Other Teams 

- Violation = 1 Game Suspension 

Technical Fouls & Suspensions 

- 1 Tech = Warning 

- 2 Techs = Ejection + 1 Game Suspension 

- Multiple Suspensions = Ban from League, No Refund 

- Ref Can Throw Techs for Fighting, Disrespect, Excessive Trash Talk 

- Final Say Rests with League Commissioners 

Pass Interference & Pick Plays 

- Offensive Pass Interference (OPI): Contact that prevents a defender from playing the ball = 10 yard penalty. If at the 45 (where we start) You just stay there

- Defensive Pass Interference (DPI): Contact that restricts a receiver from playing the ball= Automatic 10 yards for the offense. (the ref will let players get physical (NO SOFT CALLS IN THIS LEAGUE)

- Pick Plays: Legal to run bunch formations, but illegal to initiate CONTACT that disrupts a defender's path AND ABILITY TO PLAY DEFENSE

- If pick contact results in a completion = replay the down 

- If pick contact results in an incompletion = loss of down

- if a pick happens, but the ball is thrown to players not involved in the pick, the play goes on. 

- Players must play through the whistle, regardless of flags or penalties, as long as the ball is live, the game is on. All penalties will be called and reviewed after 

League Registration Information

-$150 Fee (Includes: Rented field, paid referees, paid cameramen, paid worker who tracks individual player stats, Custom Jerseys, trophies, rings, etc...)

- Fee must be paid through Zelle in order to complete registration (Zelle Address: 708-949-9334)

- If fee is not paid, by time of jersey ordering, you will not receive your jersey and will not be allowed to play in the league
