Hockey Cares 2024 Application
Thank-you for your interest in Hockey Cares,  a Project of True North Aid. We are recruiting hockey players born in 2010/Bantam (all genders/all levels), to participate in the 2024 cultural exchange with youth from Constance Lake First Nation.

By completing this application you understand the commitments of the player and family to participate fully in the exchange, agree to pay the $300 registration fee and participate in the fundraising and educational events.

Exchange dates are June 27-July 2, 2024 (in Oakville) and November, 2025 (Date TBD, usually around November 11th).

Full participation of players and family members is expected when Constance Lake is visiting in Oakville. Players commit to travelling to Constance Lake First Nation, Ontario and participating in all Hockey Cares activities leading up to and including both exchange events.
