Teen Writers' Camp July 28- Aug 1, 2025
Join us for a 5 day workshop on the campus of Cal State San Marcos to help young writers discover their voice and improve their writing skills. We will meet from 9:30-1:30 daily and
spend some time outside daily for lunch, snacks, lessons, and writing - always with supervision. (Consider sunscreen and hat)
30 minute break for lunch. Students should bring lunch, snacks, and water.
Students should bring an electronic device compatible for word processing.

Photos of student writers will be taken throughout camp to be included in the Teen Writers Camp writing anthology which will be distributed to all participants. Students will all submit writing for the camp anthology. For these pieces of writing, students are encouraged to only include their first name and last initial. Pictures will be taken to potentially post on SMWP social media. Please check one below:
