Please use this form to indicate to me whether or not you would like to participate in our trip to Minamata.  このフォームを使って、水俣への見学旅行に参加したいかどうかを教えてください。The trip will last from about 9 AM on Saturday, May 17 through about 6 PM on Sunday the following day.  旅行は5月17日の午前9時ごろから、翌日の午後6時ごろまでとなります。If you can not participate on both days, it is possible to return to Kumamoto on Saturday evening.  日曜日に予定などがある場合は、土曜の夕方に学園大にもどることができます。Everyone participating in my Seminar II must respond to this questionnaire.  私が担当する演習IIに参加している人は必ず記入すること。Those of you who are not participating in my Seminar II but would like to go with us to Minamata should use this form to let me know about your interest.  演習IIに参加していない人はこのフォームを使って参加する意志を伝えてください。
