The following is a vendor application for Pixie Bazaar, a winter/Holiday fantasy event.

Vendor Fee: $50.00-$100.00

APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Oct 30th
EVENT RULES AND INFORMATION:

1. Vendors must bring their own chairs, canopies and tents.

2. We do not allow the use of AI images anywhere at our events. This includes book covers, banners or logos.

3. We cannot guarantee power or internet. If you need power then make sure to provide your own portable source.

4. The sale of weapons at this event is not allowed. Larp and mock fantasy weapons are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: space is limited. Preference will be given to artists and crafters whose work fits with the event theme Spooky RPGs!

1. Vending fees are non-refundable.

2. You must provide your own vending equipment unless otherwise specified.

$60 6ft table space under pavilion (recommended you brin an umbrella for this space)

$70.00 split a 10x10 canopy (Don't have a canopy)

$50 Split 10x10 space with another vendor (I will provide a canopy)

$100 10x10 booth space
