* Pursuant to Commission practice, the Commission will not be taking oral public comment on either the WildEarth Guardians Rulemaking Petition or the Petroleum Resource Management Welba Peak 2 OGDP, which was continued from the September 3 hearing. *

The Commission's September 17, 2025 hearing is virtual. The Commission will receive general public comment on September 17, starting about 9:05 a.m. via Zoom. The Commission will also receive public comment on the proposed OGDP applications listed below. Please note that should the Commission be running ahead of or behind schedule, public comment may occur earlier or later than indicated on the agenda.
