Our vendors are a huge part of what makes these events so special, and we are incredibly grateful for each of you. Please review the following information carefully before submitting your application.

Vendor Responsibilities & Policies:

• Vendors are responsible for following all New York State rules and regulations applicable to their products and business operations.

• Vending fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after securing your spot, your booth fee will be considered a donation to support the event, unless other arrangements are made with us direct, at our discretion.

• Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to release the space to another vendor.

Venue Logistics – Griffin House, Palenville NY

• Parking at the Griffin House is limited. Vendors will be instructed to unload first, then move their vehicles to a designated parking area across the street. Vehicles will be safe and may be brought back at the end of the event for load-out. This helps ensure adequate parking for ADA patrons and general attendees.

• The venue has two indoor bathrooms and three outdoor porta-johns.

• There will be a few food options available onsite; however, vendors are absolutely welcome to bring a cooler with food and drinks to stay comfortable throughout the day and evening.

• Vendors must provide their own 10x10 pop-up tent, tables, chairs, and anything needed to make their booth exquisitely yours. Please note there is very limited electricity at this venue—solar or battery-powered lighting is strongly encouraged.

Travel & Accommodations

• The Catskills offer an incredible variety of campgrounds, hotels, motels, Airbnbs, and resorts. If you plan on staying overnight or for the weekend, stay tuned to damnsam.com and follow us on social media—we’ll be sharing lodging resources soon.

Important Notes:

• This is a no-pet venue. This is a Griffin House rule (not a Damn Sam decision), so please leave your fur babies at home. We know this can be tough and truly appreciate you're understanding.

• If you want a bigger than 10 X 10 spot, consider becoming a sponsor. Prices cannot be discounted for multiple spaces, as space is limited.

• This is a 21+ event. If you plan to bring children, please be transparent with us ahead of time. We love a family-friendly vibe and are happy to work with you.
