Sang-Min Lee, a Mennonite conscientious objector in South Korea, was recently sentenced to 18 months in prison for refusing, on the basis on his faith, to complete his mandatory military service. Many people in South Korea and the rest of the world have been praying for Sang-Min throughout the course of his trial.

We would like to encourage congregations, individuals, and organizations to sign up to write letters to Sang-Min over the next 18 months, as a way of offering him continued support and encouragement in this difficult time. Our hope is that Sang-Min will receive at least one letter of support for each of the 18 months he is in prison.
