2026 Petawawa Container Market Vendor Application - Seasonal & Monthly Rentals
Please complete this form if you want to be considered as a seasonal or monthly vendor in the 2026 Petawawa Container Market program. If you are looking to establish a more regular presence for your business in Petawawa then this might be the option for you. The Petawawa Container Market will open the first weekend of May (weather dependent) and remain open until mid-October. 

IMPORTANT: Vendors must be open during the regular scheduled market hours. 
Friday (3:00pm to 8:00pm) and Saturday (10:00am to 3:00pm) from May to October.

Not all vendors who apply will be selected for a spot at the Container Market. Vendor space is available based on number of units, the number of applicants, and to ensure there is a variety of different vendors. There are seven units available including six 10'x10' units with covered pergola's and two 7'x7' units.

Insurance
Seasonal and Monthly renters must have insurance.  A certificate will need to be provided to the town if they are a successful applicant. 

The Vendor shall, at their expense, obtain and keep in force during the term of the Lease, Commercial General Liability Insurance satisfactory to the Municipality and underwritten by an insurer licensed to conduct business in the Province of Ontario.  The policy shall provide coverage for Bodily Injury, Property Damage, and Personal Injury and shall include, but not be limited to:

A limit of liability of not less than $2K per occurrence Add the Landlord (Town of Petawawa) as an Additional Insured with respect to the operations of the Named Insured The policy shall contain a provision for cross liability and severability of interest in respect of the Named Insured Non-owned automobile coverage with a limit not less than $2K, and shall include contractual non-owned coverage (SEF 96) Products and completed operations coverage Broad Form Property Damage Contractual Liability
