Social Return Evaluation of the Boot-It Project

As part of a pilot project we are looking into ways of valuing the impact of projects that receive grant funding through East Riding of Yorkshire Council and we are designing a Social Return on Investment Toolkit (SROI). We would like to carry out a SROI evaluation on the Boot-IT project and therefore would be grateful if you could answer the following questions. All questions are anonymous and cannot be traced back to any individuals.
This information will form a short report, which, once complete, will be shared with your group and the outcomes can be used to prove the success of the project to other funders to help you gain funding for future activity.
