To participate in any Nerdist School event you must be over 18. You're entitled to a full refund if you cancel more than 15 days prior to the start of the 1st Annual College Comedy Nerdfest. If you cancel 10-15 days prior, you get a 50% refund. No refund less than 10 days prior. No drugs. No alcohol. No littering. No uninvited guests. No disruptive or inappropriate behavior of any kind. Enter Nerdist School with your electronics off and stowed away. Instructors and Nerdist School staff have absolute discretion to remove any student from a class or workshop for any reason. Nerdist reserves the right to accept or deny any individual’s application for any reason; replace any teacher at any time with another equally qualified teacher; and postpone or cancel any class or workshop. Attendance at or completion of a workshop is not a promise or guarantee of job or success or, really, anything else. Due to the creative and often spontaneous nature of workshops and shows, you may be exposed to words, gestures or actions that could be considered offensive. If you ever feel uncomfortable, or that someone’s verbal or physical behavior has crossed the line, let your instructor or Nerdist School staff know right away. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury-including death-that may result from participation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nerdist and its employees, agents and volunteers for any loss, liability, damage or costs-including court costs and attorney’s fees-that may occur as a result of your participation.
