Launch Partner Secondary School Counselors: You are invited to attend the February edition of the Launch Counselors' Connection.

This time will focus on Professional Development in the area of "Self-care in a Digital World." We will have a guest speaker who will provide their professional expertise of teaching our secondary students about the importance of self-care and healthy relationships in their lives. We will also talk about the importance of us practicing self-care in our lives to support our professional work. As helpers, we tend to neglect ourselves and our own needs as we spend our time caring for others.
