This form must be submitted by March 3, 2023 for graduates who are interested in  performing at Graduation  Questions should be discussed with class advisers, Ms. Pornschloegl, and/or Ms. Shoup The final decision about performances will be made by PACT Administration by May 5, 2023.

If I am chosen to perform, I will meet all the guidelines as noted below.

*My performance will not exceed 4 minutes, and I realize if there are a lot of graduates that apply to perform, I may need to shorten my performance in order to keep the overall Graduation Ceremony to a reasonable time frame. 

*Performances are subject to final approval through administration, in collaboration with the music teachers.

*My performance content is appropriate for a Graduation Ceremony, and also in line with PACT policies. 

*My performance will meet all of the established timelines.
