Join NJ Families for Palestine for a family friendly picnic on Sunday, June 8th! There will be light snacks, lawn games, and crafts including a poppy flower craft to lovingly honor Lauren, the sweet daughter of Abdul ("Abd") and Yara, who passed away in June last year. She loved swings, watermelon, and the English language.
Abd and Yara have since welcomed Lauren's baby brother, who is now 3 months old. Sadly, the blockade has made it difficult to find and afford a consistent supply of baby formula and diapers. Abd also regularly shares his donations with his large extended family, including 5 young nieces and nephews. Let's come together as a community to help them.
