ECC Dish Check-Out Request
Please complete this form to reserve dishes for your event from the ECC. Dishes, bowls, cups, silverware, and condiment cups (by special request only) are provided to all campus organizations (Residence Halls, clubs, departments) free of charge on a first come, first served basis.

To Reserve: Complete this form. You will be contacted if further information is needed or if your order cannot be completed due to shortage. Shortly before the time you provide below, pick-up your dishes in a tub labeled with your organization in the SLTC Kitchen. Wash dishes and return them in the tub with a count of the dishes included to a corner of the SLTC Kitchen by the date and time you indicate below.

No Cost: Dishes are provided free of charge. Lost or stolen dishes will be charged to your organization at a rate of $2 per plate or bowl, $1 per cup, and $0.50 per silverware item. Money will be withdrawn from your organization's student account.

Note: Requests should be submitted at least 72 hours before dishes are needed.
