🎒 Tasks: We'll have a range of volunteering you can choose from, including:
- Assisting attendees with sign-in/registration, meals, etc.
- Equipment + paraphernalia setup and teardown
- Interfacing with sponsors and helping them set up & take down
- Stopping at caterers and other businesses for supplies
- Keeping a lookout for the experience of all attendees - making sure everyone is comfortable and happy
🤗 Why Volunteer: Volunteering gives you an opportunity to get right in the thick of the conference, including access to speakers, sponsors, and other organizers & volunteers. Additionally, we'll cover your ticket to the conference and a workshop the next day, and you'll get a nice swag bag from us at the end. If you can't afford a ticket, this can be a great way to experience SquiggleConf!
No information you submit to this form will be used or sent to third parties outside of the CFP process. If you are accepted, we will ask you in a follow-up email for any additional information needed for the conference. That email will explicitly indicate what that information will or will not be used for.
