Creativity Works: Arts Festival Leaders
Get an introduction to designing and curating creative spaces that are inclusive, accessible and welcoming for a variety of audiences. Developing skills in planning and production, engagement and event management, as well as social media and documentation, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of people to produce a five-day long festival at Tate Modern.

A full-time course inclusing skills workshops, insight sessions, training and mentoring with leading industry figures from the world of inclusive arts, the programme will help you get to grips with the roles out there, and to grow your network.

Who is it for:
Londoners aged 18-24 years old who are interested in building a career in the cultural sector
Interested in learning more about working with people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and people who are neurodiverse
Curious, creative, passionate about learning
Able to complete tasks and build skills independently
Unemployed and not in full-time education


We are seeking applications from people who are currently under-represented in the creative industries. This includes candidates from a black, Asian or minority ethnic background, disabled candidates and those from the LGBTQ+ community, as well people from a range of socio-economic backgrounds. We also welcome applicants from a range of educational backgrounds and don’t require any formal qualifications or experience in the creative industries.

Deadline for applications is Monday 11th February, 10am
If selected, you’ll need to be available for an assessment day which will be held on Thursday 14th February 2019.

The intensive programme will start on Thursday 21 February to Friday 21st March 2019 (Mon to Fri)
