Thanks for signing up to cover a meeting for the CSG team! This form is intended to be a tool to guide your documentation of the meeting. Your options are: 

1) Take notes here 
2) Take notes using our Docs template (which has the same questions as this form) then paste your notes into this form when you are done
3) Take notes somewhere else entirely and paste it into this form when you are done

We will also be sure to inform you if there are any specific topics we'd like you to highlight or pay special attention to, depending on the meeting. Thanks again for supporting CSG's advocacy!
