As part of Children's Mental Health Week, St Julian's School are pleased to invite Secondary Parents to our “Helping your Teen Manage Anxiety & Stress” Workshop. This interactive parent workshop will be facilitated by the St Julian's Counselling Team (Maria Raven-Rudd & Mariana Mangerão).

Description:
This interactive 3- sections workshop is designed to help parents develop their understanding of common triggers for anxiety & stress, during adolescence. It will also provide suggestions of practical tools & strategies, which parents can use to support their child in regulating unhelpful levels of anxiety & stress, throughout this developmental stage.
