Our Fundamental Session is the perfect way to go over the basic movements involved in our group classes and personal training sessions- gain the fundamental knowledge you need to get the most out of your trial time. Let our certified trainers help you decide which classes and options are best to reach your goals. This is a 60 minute session with a certified trainer.
