CONFERENCE OF NATIONAL RURAL NETWORKS AND LOCAL ACTION GROUPS

PROJECT OF THE LITHUANIAN CULTURAL AND CULINARY HERITAGE "PANEMUNIŲ ŽIEDAI. INTERNATIONAL FAIR"
24 – 25 May 2013, Lithuania


You are kindly invited to take part in the conference of National Rural Networks and LAG's as well as in the 2nd international LAG's fair, which will take place in Lithuania on 24 – 25 May 2013. Three representatives from one LAG are invited.
The Lithuanian Rural Network will provide the LAG with:
- Pavilion with equipment and service free of charge;
- Accommodation for 3 nights in the hotel with breakfast for 3 persons free of charge;
- Food during the meeting, conference and fair free of charge.
If you come to Vilnius / Kaunas airport or come by bus / train on 23 May the participants will be provided with the transportation from Vilnius / Kaunas to the place of accommodation. The participants will also be provided with the transportation to the fair from the place of accomodation – to Raudonė Castle in Jurbarkas district - on 25 May. On 26 May all participants of events will be transported to Vilnius / Kaunas airports or to Vilnius / Kaunas bus / railway stations.
Information about the pavilions: your LAG will have 1 table and 4 chairs inside the pavilion, the electrical outlet, the dustbin. We will provide participants with titles of organisations on the pavilions. Please indicate the exact title text as well as the symbol of your country. Please send this information in *.tif or *.cdr formats to the e-mail: tarptautinemuge@gmail.com until 2 May 2013.
