Transportation to Be Used Within the Republic of Korea

- We plan to provide a limousine bus service from Incheon International Airport to the hotel on August 2 and 3. However, we are unable to provide a bus every hour. After confirming your flight arrival times, we will provide one limousine bus service at an appropriate time.

- We plan to provide a shuttle bus service between the hotel and the stadium.

We will use the bus service.

We will travel on our own.

Pre-Competition Checklist

Please review the following information and check all items once confirmed.

1. Competition Registration : Participating teams must complete the FIS online entry form and submit it via email to furumelee@naver.com by the registration deadline(31th of July 2026).

3. Equipment Preparation : OC provide Official roller skis from FF Roller Skis for Race, but All participants are required to bring their own roller skis, helmet, goggles, gloves, boots, and other personal equipment.

4. Team Captains' Meeting (TCM) : Competition-related information will be provided during the Team Captains’ Meeting on August 4, and attendance by the team representative is mandatory.

5. Accident & Insurance : In the event of an accident at the venue, first aid and hospital transport will be provided. However, any further medical treatment at the hospital must be paid for by the injured person. The Organizing Committee has arranged event insurance, but all participants must also have their own personal insurance coverage.
