PRINT EXAM & DESK COPY REQUESTS: Please fill out the request form below to receive your PRINT Exam/Desk copy. If there is a paperback, we will send the paperback. Hardcovers are only sent when there is no paperback.
DIGITAL EXAM & DESK COPY REQUESTS: Please find the book you want using the "Browse by Books" search bar here. (Do not use the bar at the very top of the webpage next to "Contact Us.") On the page for the book of your choice, click on the "Request Digital Exam Copy" link below the "Add to Cart" buttons where you will be directed to a website where you can request access to a digital copy. MULTIPLE REQUESTS: You can request up to 3 exam or desk copy requests per instructor per semester. To do so, you can enter multiple books in the Book section and multiple ISBNs in the ISBN section. Please do not fill out more than one form for your request if the books are going to the same professor/address.
INTERNATIONAL REQUESTS: Please contact your local distributor or sales representative to request an exam or desk copy from outside the United States. Visit our

RUSH REQUESTS: If you need to receive your book by a certain date,
contact customer service about both expedited fulfillment and expedited shipping. Order by phone before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time to request that your order be shipped on the same day from the warehouse. Extra charges apply.
COMPANION WEBSITES TO LANGUAGE TEXTBOOKS: If you are requesting a language textbook that has a companion website, get free access by following instructions printed inside the front flap of the textbook and
