Membership application - includes membership into the BC Lapidary Society - this form is for those who held a membership in the previous calendar year.

Type of membership *

Single (one person, adult) $25

Family (two adults) (also can include minor children OR minor grandchildren) $40

Single Parent family (one adult and minor children) $30
