3. Please initial, that you understand that if your school laptop is stolen, you will contact the police immediately and file a report. Then contact your campus administrator and provide a copy of the police report.

4. Please initial, that you understand that if your school laptop is lost or damaged, you will contact your campus administrator immediately. If your laptop is damaged, you will fill out a Technology Request and the technician assigned to the campus you work at will retrieve the device.

6. All of our Windows operating system laptops have the ability, if you save your documents in the "My Documents" folder of your laptop, your documents will also be saved on our District File Server. Please initial, that you understand that any files not saved to the "My Documents" folder on my current laptop may be lost and cannot be retrieved at a later time.
