Family Connections has a unique 6-week model which consists of 6-10 students along with their parent/guardian.  Through vital topics dialogue is created around issues families are facing such as past traumas, trust, challenges in school, etc.; discussion in conjunction with interactive group and or family activities introduces the essential tools needed for a healthier future which are implemented each week. As family engagement is increased families are able to rebuild and strengthen their “family connections”.
