Festival Information and Requirements: * There is no charge for vendor space; but tax-deductible donations are appreciated and will help ensure the series continues year after year. * All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first serve basis and honored whenever possible.* You must provide your own equipment (tent, tables, etc)* Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form and, if possible, attach photos of sample items.* If serving dinner you should be ready to serve by 4:30PM. All food vendors should set up by 6:00PM, but are welcome to setup earlier.* The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.* Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter/email upon receipt of their application and a map and directions will be mailed prior to the event.* This event occurs rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold. If event is moved indoors vendors will be notified the day of the event.
This music series is all about creating opportunities--giving people in the community who might not otherwise interact opportunities to have shared positive experiences and start and strengthen relationships, giving area organizations opportunities to raise money for their cause and connect with new audiences, giving businesses opportunities to reach new potential customers, giving community members opportunities to be part of something positive and have a direct impact in the community, giving bands opportunities to play for new audiences, and giving community members opportunities to see bands they might not otherwise have access to. All of these things strengthen our community and make this area a better place to live for all of us. Let's pack the park every weekend!
