Vogue Optical 55+ Winter Games- Online Registration Form
The City of Summerside is hosting the Vogue Optical 55+ Winter Games from February 22nd-27th, 2016. For full schedule details visit http://pei55plusgamessociety.ca/3302-2/ 

Participants can register online using this form. REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL. Payments can be made online by sending an e-transfer to pei55plusgames@gmail.com, Payments can also be mailed to: PEI 55+ Games Society, 203 - 40 Enman Crescent, Charlottetown, PE, C1E 1E6, or dropped off at Credit Union Place or the PEI 55+ Games office at 40 Enman Crescent in Charlottetown. Payments should include each event fee plus the $5 Games administration fee which is payable at every 55+ Games.

If you register for 4 events, the 4th event is free (lowest cost).

The deadline to register is February 10, 2015.

Don't forget to take in the Health & Wellness Expo on Friday, February 26 from 12:30-3:30pm. It is open to all members of the public. A musical performance by On the Road Again will follow at 3:30pm.
