Wonder Full Custom Cookie Order Form
Hi there!  Thanks for ordering from my small business!  Please review the below information before completing my Wonder Full order form!

What to know:
-Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance or an additional rush order fee of 10$/dozen will apply.
-I WANT to work within your budget.  There are ways for me to save money, so please inquire about an order if you have any questions surrounding your budget!  

My signature Wonder Full Vanilla cookie is the standard flavor with vanilla flavored royal icing. They will be sealed in cellophane bags to keep them fresh for at least 4 weeks, unless discussed otherwise. You can freeze your cookies too! Feel free to ask about this.

I am located in Levittown, Pa.  I will share pickup address with your invoice. *Delivery or shipping options can be discussed, please email wonderfullcustomcookies@gmail.com for inquiries. An additional delivery or shipping fee will be added to your invoice.

Pricing:
Signature: Wonder Full Vanilla (heat sealed and boxed)
Minimum of 1 dozen regular or 2 dozen minis

Regular 3-3.5" size
(up to 4 shapes/designs, white + 4 colors = starts at $51/dozen)
(up to 2 shapes/designs, white + 2 color = starts at $45/dozen)

Mini 2-2.5" size
(up to 2 shapes/designs, white + 2 colors = starts at $39/dozen)

Large Cookies or Cookies with Logos
4-4.5" starts at $4.75/each

Custom Cookie Platter contains various size cookies
minimum of 10 cookies and detail starting at $42.50 per platter

Payment Options:
Quotes or Invoices will be sent to the email address provided below. Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the Invoice to complete your order and hold your spot. Venmo or cash/check drop off are accepted payment options. (If you are ordering far in advance and don't have an exact number of your order yet, you can pay a $45 deposit to reserve your spot. The final order details and payment will be due 3 weeks prior to pickup or order will be cancelled.)

*Refunds on paid orders are available up until 1 weeks prior to your pickup date. After that I am not able to refund due to the amount of time I will have already spent working on your order.

Day of Pick Up:
I will give you the address for pick up on your invoice.
At pickup, please review your order carefully before accepting them. Once you pick up your order I am not responsible for any damage to the cookies. Refunds will not be given for cookies damaged after pickup. Please carefully transport your cookies and keep them out of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

** Allergy information:
My kitchen/recipes are NOT guaranteed nut-free.
All cookies contain egg and dairy.
Signature sugar cookie also contains wheat and gluten. Please take this into consideration before you place your order.
