Job Description/Requirements for All Team Members:
  • Work collaboratively to keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
  • Must be available throughout the week and on Saturdays/Sundays (we are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Positively interact with customers and help answer any questions they may have
  • Ring customers out with their selections using Square Register system
  • Handle cash, check and credit card payments
  • Must be able to safely lift at least 50lbs
  • Will work in all weather conditions due to the indoor/outdoor nature of the market
  • Be knowledgeable about products we carry in the store
  • Work cooperatively and professionally alongside coworkers
  • All new hires will start as part-time employees to ensure the market is a good fit for all parties
