Enter through the Main Door and head down the stairs to the right

Ages: ALL Male 14U, 16U/Cadet, Junior (MUST HAVE A CURRENT 2026 MNUSA MEMBERSHIP TO PARTICIPATE)

Participation fee: $10 cash to be paid at the door (Please be sure to register so we can plan for lunch)

Practices will be 9 am -11am and Noon to 2 pm

MN/USA Storm National Team Coaches will be conducting the practices

8:30 a.m. – Doors Open and Registration

9:00 a.m. – Morning Training Session

11:00 a.m. – Lunch Break (lunch will be provided)

11:45 a.m. – Rules Demonstration and Questions

12:00 p.m. – Afternoon Training Session

2:00 p.m. -- Training completed  

2:15 p.m. – Officials clinic for all MN/USA Freestyle and Greco Officials

(officials' clinic is also open to all 16U and Junior wrestlers that want to officiate and earn some money each weekend)
