If applicant is under 18 years old, application must be filled out by a parent or guardian above the age of 18. The Junior Board is a group of motivated teens between the ages of 13-19, who are interested in serving their community. Bi-weekly to monthly meetings are mandatory and take place on Saturdays in Warwick, RI. Please contact lisa@glimmerofhopefoundation.org with any questions.

I understand that by enrolling my child in the Glimmer of Hope Junior Board, they are committing to being an active and engaged member of the program. This includes, but is not limited to, attending bi-weekly (occasionally monthly) meetings held every other Saturday at the Glimmer of Hope Office or another specified location in Warwick, RI. Each student is allowed up to three excused absences per year. A valid excuse and at least 48 hours’ notice must be provided by the student or parent/guardian directly to the Junior Board coordinator. Unexcused absences, failure to provide timely notice, or exceeding the allowed number of absences may result in removal from the Junior Board. Inactive participation in Junior Board meetings, events, or responsibilities may also lead to dismissal from the program. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to these terms and will support my child in meeting their Junior Board commitment.
