Pulse Generator UAH Combine Fitness Test
This 20 min test will challenge your fitness and evaluate where you are currently with the following exercises.
1) Smith Bench Press...Max reps with 50% of your bodyweight.
2) Smith Squats...Max reps with 50% of your bodyweight.
3) Woodway Treadmill Run...Max distance in 2 minutes.
4) Assisted Pull Up...Max reps with 50% of your bodyweight.
5) Illinois agility run.
***These are high intensity tests. Anyone wishing to participate should arrive early, ahead of your scheduled testing time to warm up appropriately before the testing takes place.
