If your student would like to borrow a WAC Laptop or Chromebook, please fill out this form. Complete one form per student.

WAC takes internet safety and personal responsibility very seriously. As a help to our families we have the following safeguards in place:
1. All school computer screens may be monitored at any time.
2. A filter will be installed on each computer to help screen inappropriate content.

The use of an WAC computer or equipment is a privilege, not a right. Inappropriate use of these resources may result in disciplinary action and/or referral to legal authorities. The director, teacher/supervisor, or a systems administrator may limit, suspend, or revoke access to electronic resources at any time.

We remind all parents that no filtering system is perfect. We encourage all parents to provide additional internet security and student supervision. Information on how to further provide in-home internet safety for your student can be found in the WAC Parent and Student handbook.

By completing this form you are agreeing to:
1- Take care of WAC computers to the best of your ability.
2- Abide by the parent and student(s) responsibilities and guidelines as stated in the WAC Laptop Handbook and on the WAC Technology Acceptable Use Policy.

3- We will be responsible for laptop return shipment/delivery within 1 week of school exit/withdrawal or be charged $25/week overdue fee
4- Type your name below, completing an electronic checkout and signature by which you are agreeing to the handbook terms.
