Cross country practice will begin on Monday August 9th. We will meet on the track at 3:30 PM. You must be dressed and ready to go! You MUST have a current physical on file to participate. Practices will generally be completed by 5:00 - 5:15 PM. It is highly recommended that you bring a water bottle or jug to practice each day. Coach Eichfeld will supply water for your bottle or jug if you run out :) Visit
