1. We will assign all vendor locations. Trading or relocating assigned locations is not permitted and will result in exclusion from future events.
2. Each vendor will supply their own table, chair, or tent. Vendor is solely responsible for securing all event equipment needs.
3. Vendor may only be accessible during stated times. Opening before the beginning of the Farmer's Market or staying open after the end is strictly prohibited and is grounds for exclusion from participation at future events.
4. The sale and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages of any kind are strictly prohibited.
5. This is a non-smoking event. No vendor is permitted to smoke on event grounds.
6. All business or other activity, for which the vendors have rented space, must be conducted within the
designated table space only.
7. By accepting this agreement, vendor agrees, regardless of coverage under any insurance policy, to pay all
costs necessary to indemnify, defend, and hold Powerful Pathways or its designated partners harmless from all claims, demands, actions, attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses based on or arising out of any acts, errors, omissions, fault, or negligence of contactor or its principals, employees, subcontractors or other agents while performing services under this agreement.
8. By participating as a vendor gives Powerful Pathways right and permission to use vendor’s name, image, or photographs for publicity purposes.
9. Please be advised that spots are limited. We reserve the right to be selective in the vendor application process.
