8)  Prior to flight the Instructor reviewed weather, NOTAMs, as well as the aircraft and fuel status.
9)  Prior to flight the Instructor reviewed the exercises to be flown, and the related safety issues.
10)  Overall, the Instructor was effective and efficient in teaching the exercises in the air.
11)  The Instructor provided me sufficient time in the air to practice the exercises and my radio communication skills.
