One of your greatest roles in YAC is to be at our meetings. This is a team, but chances are you won't see everyone in your day to day life, so there is a certain level of commitment of the time we do have together. Tell us what activities you participate in throughout the year (including sports, musicals, teams, clubs, work, etc), AND how you will manage your extracurricular activities and being part of the YAC. *
Be sure to include Date and Time of the conflict. For Example: I take college classes August - December on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5p-7p. OR I play sports January - June and practice Mon-Fri from 3p - 5p and have games on the weekends.

Which officer position are you applying for? *
List the previous years you were part of the YAC as well as the position you held. *

YAC is all about working together to see a change in not just yourself but in your community. However, things don't always work out and teams don't always get along. Say there is miscommunication between you and another YAC member, and it ended up being over a very important job. Tell us how you handle it? *
You can provide an example of a time where you were working within a YAC team, and there was conflict.
Why is youth involvement in the community important? *
What types of community projects/service would you like to see the YAC participate in? *
What kind of other learning opportunities, for you or the community, would you like the YAC take on? *
For example: cooking, basic life skills
