Minimum 6 sign-ups are required to commence class, suitable for participants aged 8 years and above and NO experience is required.

Physical Fitness: Improve strength, Flexibility, Speed, Agility , Coordination, Balance and Endurance.
Self-Defense Skills: Learn techniques to protect yourself and others
Mental development: Discipline, Integrity, Self-control, Focus, Perseverance, Sportsmanship
Health: Achieve good physical & mental health through regular training & physical activities
Family: Join a supportive & motivating community in safe environment.

Day: 7th October (First Monday)
Time: 7.00pm - 8.30pm
Fees: $85/4 lessons (Member), $100+/4 lessons (Non-Member)
*3-4 lessons per month, depending on the number of weeks in the calendar month.
*New sign-ups are free to join at any time and are charged on a per-lesson basis.
In the event of:
Participant's no-show: No refund will be provided
Participant's no-show (with valid proof of absence e.g. Medical Certificate): Make-up class OR have fees credited to the following month.
Instructor's no-show: Make-up class will be conducted on a mutually agreed date
